   Took my A-5 out this weekend and as luck would have it, someone knocked it off of a table.  When it hit the ground, the WAS board decided to see if it really will shoot 20 bps.  It did and every one of them went into the barrel condom.  The lid on the hopper also broke.  Today I called the Service Department to inquire about the cost of a replacement and was told they'd send me one for nothing.  This was even after I told them it wasn't due to a defect.  The tech I talked to also found it interesting that the marker fired from a hard jolt so he said he'd throw in a replacement bolt at no charge.  I can't think of any other company that will volunteer to replace parts over the phone from a total stranger. 
My  hat is off to Tippmann and how they stand behind their markers.

	I called them today, regarding a valve they were sending for free to fix my gf's gun, and told them it hasn't arrived yet and I need it soon. They told me it shipped out on the 15th and it should be here, and if it's not there by tomorrow, call and they will ship it overnight. This has happened b4 with the super r/t fittings, it arrived the day after i called.
