are you debating on spending the crazy money on an e bolt?
haha if u are i <3 tippys but i would just go with the ion spending 300 dollars on a board that is not made anymore is kinda dumb. or you can get a Custom Pro E for cheaper and you atill have a tippy. |

I'd take the e-bolted 98 any day. A 98 with an e-trigger will suit you just as well though :)

it depends where you look for the ebolt... the ebolt is a tad bit slower than the stock ion maybe 2 bps slower. the ebolted 98 is more dependable and stronger than the ion. Also you will get more notice with an e-bolted 98 on the feild and they would be wondering why a tippmann is keeping up with the other high end markers |

Used ebolted 98c's can be found almost anywhere. You could look into an egrip. |

i think i got an e-bolt. that is to say, i ordered one nib from a store, but they sent the e-trigger, so i sent it back, and they have yet to send me my e-bolt. so im not sure if i ever will get it... anyway, if you can fiind the e-bolt, i suggest getting it. reliable, classic, plenty fast, and its simpler than an ion. over all. |

My friend bought 4 NEW ions before he found one that worked. I am
starting to custom make an e-bolt. $300+ though.
