A barrel kit like a freak so you can get those shots to go right between trees to get the kill shot. If you are looking a little down in price. A bigshot or J&J will do fine. They have about the same performance. |

Personally, I say it depends on position. Flatline or Apex are great for distance and trajectory, not so much for accuracy. J&J Ceramics are sweet barrels too, quiet and accurate, as well as light. |

i'm sayin bigshot, great accuracy, easy to buy paint for, good price,and it's loud, booms a lot more than the j&j (which is also a great barrel.

Barrel kits will always give you the proper bore/paintball match, but they are expensive, as you are buying a whole bunch of barrels, even if they are just sleeve inserts.
If you are in the market for just one barrel, then most people recommend barrels like the Lapco Bigshot, because it's a medium bore barrel, making it acceptable for most brands of paint. |
