I have a v-force pro vantage mask. I lost one of the Safelock things that holds the strap in, in the grass. I didn't find it and now I'm kinda screwed. I can't use my mask since the strap is just hanging loose until I can get one of these Safelock clip things. Could someone supply me with a number I could get ahold of V-Force with? I found their website, but all I could find was a V-force customer service e-mail address. I don't like sending e-mails cause it feels to me like they never get answered. Can anyone help me?

Yea... best bet is either buy a NEW V-Force mask and ship the broken one back (that's what I do ) or order a new piece.

yeah...
send the email. even if they dont reply, so what, you wasted 20 seconds of your time. and if they do reply (which is likely considering the company), then your problem is solved.

I got an instruction booklet with it but it doesn't have any numbers or email address  or anything on how to contact them. The only thing I found was www.vforcepaintball.com on the box. Looks like I'm gonna just have to get a new mask, and it won't be a V-force....

I bought it off of Zephyr Paintball at the beginning of summer. So thats probably not gonna work for me. I'm kinda wanting a tight mask now since I'm starting to play more speedball. I've seen some invisions w/free turbine fan for 70 bucks on eBay. Proflex's would probably work too. I'll just use my friends loaner mask for a while.

I'll call zephyr. At least someone has a phone number. I almost found the thing I needed on action, but alas it wasn't meant to be.

so I called Zephyr today and asked them how I could get ahold of V-Force, and all they gave me was their website. so that leaves me back at square one. I just might have found a number to one of procaps stores or somethin like that. It sucks that they are located in Canada. I guess I'll keep lookin around.

hah it all comes back to canada.

send it to me.... you can trust me

zephyr only gave the website? did you specifically ask for the number/email?

go on that website and look for any email you can find, email them your message and eventually you will be redirected to vforce.

I asked Zephyr if there was any way I could contact V-force. All I got was the website. I'm gonna try a few more numbers tommorow, one being Procaps Direct, and the other being a 10 digit number I found for one of their store or somethin? I'm not really sure where it is too but it was on their website. So I'm gonna call it. Another thing that isn't cool is that most of them are only open till like 4 and I have to work till 5:30 and such and don't have time to call them. Sigh....don't buy V-force lol.
