Here's my setup:
A-5 with Low Pressure Kit
Dye Hyper 2 Inline Regulator at 325 psi
HPA at 400psi
Velocity screw at max, all the way out

I'm getting velocities from 240-305!
Help!

alright, so, here's the deal, your regulator probably isn't capable of handling such a small difference in input pressure and output pressure (yes, 75psi is a small difference) If you have an adjustable output tank, up the output pressure by about 50 psi, most regulators need to have a significantly higher input pressure to give you a consistent output pressure. I know it sounds dumb, but that's just the way they work. Aside from possibly re-building the reg, there isn't much you can do other than up the input to the reg or find a reg that handles minute changes better. You can also try upping your inline pressure and using the velocity screw to bring the velocity in line once the velocity stabilizes.
