Greetings one and all, I recently purchased a Tippmann 98 Custom PRO with ACT.
I took apart my gun and I put back together and noticed I couldn't cock it all of the way and when I took it apart once more, I noticed that I accidentally had inserted a pin in the rear bolt backwards. The guide pin (which is inside the drive spring) won't allow the rear bolt to be cocked all the way. The pin is stuck and I cannot seem to remove it to switch it around. Does anyone know some tips or quick fixes to this issue? Thanks, Matt |

Sorry for the double post, but I can't get a hold of pliers. The pin is really in there tight because I tried to cock it before I knew of the issue.
Thanks, Matt Edit: I managed to get it out. I used a screw and light taps from a hammer and I pulled it out with no damage. Thanks to all who read. Edited by Ayien - 25 February 2007 at 9:42pm |

You can come here anytime you need help and don't be scared to ask also if you want to learn anything there is the search button and using that for a while will teach you sooo much. Have fun paintballing. Later |

Hehe. Black_Shadow is also one too. I know him personally too. Thanks for the warm greeting. I'll be posting here more often when I finished moving. Cheers.
Yeah, I hear you dude. Thanks for the advice. |

True true. I can't forget Black_Shadow so far he seems like a pretty
cool guy. (I'm sure there are more Canadians that I forgot about as
well, I just named the big or heavy forumers).
Black_Shadow must have come back or something because he wasn't here when I started posting regularly but he came back not long ago but ya he seems like a good guy. How do you two know each other? live close together maybe? btw were do you live or moving to? Plus just out of curiosity how old are you? (you only need to answer if you feel comfortable doing so). Me and Shadow went to school together actually. He lives a block away from me. I'll be moving to Smiths Falls here in Ontario though. About a half hour drive or so. And, I'm 17.
That was nice. He's just a curious Canadian wondering about another one. That hardly qualifies him to be a pedophile. |

Ya I don't mind it much anymore, cause I've gotten used to it. But be careful cause sometimes when you tick me off enough I can go on an all out flaming rampage that can either end with me appoligizing for being such a jerk (sometimes I have feelings) and other times I will continue until I make you wish you were never born. But normally I'm pretty cool with other Canadians so don't you worry. Yomillio on the other hand... you have a 7 year old little sister right? ![]() Edited by phil_stl - 27 February 2007 at 2:25pm |

I totally know. I'm actually starting to like it. I look at
it and can only smile, it's like looking at the past and being able to
laugh at yourself.
But then other days I wonder how many more people I'll have to flame before it gets replaced with a strike!
