FYI: No snipers in paintball. If you want it to look like one, check www.opsgear.com. You can find BT M4 kits on Ebay for $75-100. |

You cannot snipe in paintball. It is physically impossible. Don't even try, not only will you not accomplish anything, but you will just get owned.

Ill try to be helpful unlike everyone else. You probably want to start out with a new barrel. To make your gun more accurate and possibly quieter. Many people suggest a Lapco or J&J and either 12'' or 14''. From there its up to you as to what you want to do. Mod as you see fit. Try www.model98.org for home made mods |

LOL, wow, i tried to tell him moments after he posted to remove the word sniper from his post, because the sniper talk, and "what to do?", would infect the thread. The dumb anti-spamming thing came up on me for like 3 minutes. Ok, my first post that wouldnt post also asked, how much are you looking to invest? |

I must be in a good mood. Instead of sniper-related flaming, I'm going to ask exactly what you want to do with your marker?

In that case, you'll probably end up purchasing mil-sim accessories from spec-ops, or opsgear, or someplace like that. Since you are also interested in accuracy, consider the type of barrel that comes with any fancy kits for your marker, or try to find a kit that will work with other aftermarket barrels. Other options that will help with accuracy include regulators and low pressure kits. Edited Note: Search and read through the forums. You will find that almost every barrel has been the subject of discussion or polls. You will also find a lot of information on upgrades as far as what works and what doesn't. Additionally, there is a lot of general paintball information that will probably prove useful as well. Edited by Mack - 09 April 2007 at 9:37pm |

Milsim or mil-sim means military simulation.
It can be alot of things... most people that do milsim stuff start with making their marker look as real looking compared to real weapons possible. I do appreciate the milsim looking markers I think they are beautiful and people that put all that work into them (the nicer jobs) are often pretty dedicated. After they make their markers milsim they often get plenty of high end camouflage like MARPAT CADPAT ACU etc. and other milsim stuff. Some will play some paintball games with milsim style rules. Only 50 balls, stuff like that. Some rules are very elaborate and can make the game very different and make you bring different strategies into play... it can be very exciting.
