Not really at all, someone just drove by my house listening to talk radio extremely loud. To the point where in my house with the windows closed I could hear the people talking. I could hear it for a good few seconds after they past as well.
I just would like to know who honestly feels the need to listen to talk radio that loud. |

We sometimes cruise downtown with the windows down blasting NPR, in response to the lowriders blasting Tejano and Hip-Hop.

When we were in high school, my friend Chris, had a CD of orchestral music. For laughs, he'd fire up his system, complete with an 18" subwoofer to the tune of Sabre Dance with the windows down as he drove through shopping center parking lots.
