    Posted: 22 July 2007 at 8:25pm
I have a Custom Pro and I bought a new UFD barrel online that said was for 98 and customs. But when I received the barrel it had normal threading and not the Tippmann 98/Custom threading. I am wondering if there is an adapter to convert the threading that I can use or what are my options.

Depending on what threading, yes. Unless its something odd like Mag threads or something.

Oh, btw, I dont care, but most people on this forum will flame you for 21'' barrels, sniping, and Scopes. I really dont mind though

First, find out what the barrel is threaded for. If you don't know that then you can't get an adapter. Once you know that, then you just find an adapter that screws into the 98 and accepts barrels threaded for whatever gun your barrel is made for.

Go to a local proshop and ask them to figure out what threads they are by fitting them on their markers. You should just get a refund or exchange though
