I've been lookin around on some sites and looked at all upgrades you can get for a 98c. Question, is the Rufus Dawg lvl 2 kit wroth it or any good?

It's not bad. You really don't need a new power tube, but the bolt is ok.

i don't know what your current setup or experience is, but there are many much more necessary things to upgrade than your power tube or bolt. The internals on a 98 can pretty much go untouched.
