i have tippmann 98 custom pro and i was thinking of getting a 48/3000 air tank and a response trigger can i do that??

you aren't going to get very many shots out of a 48/3000 tank with a tippmann RT though. You're talking maybe a hopper and a half before needing a refill. You're better off sticking with CO2 until you can afford a larger tank that holds a higher pressure.

I suggest nothing less than a 68/4500.
