Alright.. so i was practicing with my gun today when the co2 ran out. i went to dicks sporting goods and got it refilled. i put the co2 tank back on and started firing when i noticed that my gun was firing REEEALLLY fast and ice flakes were shooting out the end of the barrel and at the hammer. It was because i kept turning up the velocity because my tank was running low. so i turned the velocity all the way down and it is still shooting ice flakes out of the hammer and barrel. how can i fix this and what is wrong? thanks also, sometimes it will not cock itself and will shoot twice in a row
(note: it has never done this before) Edited by leokazoc - 19 June 2008 at 9:41pm |

For starters do NOT turn up your velocity when the tank is running low, that's like driving faster to get to the gas station. As for the gun firing fast, it seems like it wasnt re-cocking properly. What kind of upgrades do you have on your gun, if any? Firing really fast without some form of X-chamber or regulator is going to cause co2 to eventually get in there. |

the reason you are getting the ice flakes is because it is co2 if it is cold enough it will shoot ice flakes, there is nothing wrong with the gun it is doing exactly what it is supposed to be doing with that part like the other guy turning up the velocity is not going to help any, with co2 you have an un even shot pattern because it is not pressurized like HPA so your shots will become weeker. |
