Just picked up an old 98C for $50 and the paint is basically gone. I dont want to worry about it so I had an idea. Can I just hit it with loads of paint stripper and then use some Herculiner on it? You guys think I could add some type of paint to it to make it green?

Quick mention. I didn't see it mentioned but Klean Stripper, available at stores like Walmart, take off absolutely every bit of paint from a 98. Read the directions carefully and use outdoors though, because the stuff is nasty-strong.
