the other night a couple friends and i were doing some nighttime mtn biking and i got a few wierd bug bits on my arm. i know they are bug bites because i remember them biting me and immediately itching, so its definitely not poison ivy. the area around the bites about the size of a quarter has developed many small blisters and oozes puss. Im not sure if im just having an alergic reaction or maybe its infected or something. I didnt see what got me, but im assuming it was a mosquito. any ideas?

Oh. It looks like you've torn open one of the blister. If it's just puss I wouldn't worry too bad. Does it burn or hurt ect ? Get some calamine lotion for it if need be. Then call a doc.

One thing, where on your arm is that? I've had a near identical thing on the crease of my elbow on the inside. It was about a quarter, maybe a little larger of an area. Basically, if I scratched it would spread a little, if not it was fine took a couple weeks to heal though and left some scars. It's gone now though.

Looks like a gnat bite, and you may have had a bad reaction to it due to sensitive skin. That or some other bug bite, nothing to worry about. Just drop some neosporin on it.
