I have a X-7, And today when I went to fire some paint in my backyard the cyclone wouldnt feed. The manual feed would work fine but it wouldnt feed automaticly. I had just installed the E-Grip so i thought that was the problem. So I switched back to the stock trigger. Same results. Can someone help me?

Is the o-ring on the fitting there? They're easy to lose if you're not careful.
Check the ratchet mechanism, make sure something didn't fail. It's possible if you only have stock parts. When's the last time you greased up the ratchet mechanism? Good luck man. |

on the bottom of the cyclone there are four screws, you can use them to access the internals of the cyclone. be sure you have the manual handy or something else to help you reassemble it and to check it against. and do what techie said to do.

I took a look and it looks like the cylinder piston is not moveing far enough foward to engage the rachet. So I thought about what techie said and lubed the rachet. Problem solved. Thanks guys!

There may also be a related issue with overtightening of the main screw in the Cyclone. People tend to tighten every screw to the max, but the main screw obviously needs to be loose enough to allow rotation.
