All I have ever known is Tippmanns, so I dont know anything about speed ball markers. Is a Auto Cocker Trilogy SF Competition any good.

I have a Tactical Trilogy SF and I like it. It is simple to operate and reliable. It would probably be adequate for walk-on speedball games. That said, Auto Cockers in general are now old technology and the Trilogy is pretty much bottom of the line for 'Cockers. There are better speedball markers out there and I'm sure some of the folks who have more speedball experience will offer multiple suggestions/opinions.

As much as I hate to admit it, for the money, you can get guns that will do the job better than an e-'cocker, though I still stand by the conviction that e-'cockers are just as sweet as most other speedball guns on the market today.
I've heard good things about the Proto Matrix Rail. If you're willing to buy used, you can get what were once top of the line Intimidators, old Matrices and shockers for $250ish. |

I am betting you are looking at the ones at actionvillage for alot cheaper. If you are I love my trilogy. while it may be bottom line of cockers it quickly became my favorite in my arsenal. I only have the mech version but the SF would have been nice to have as well. its all about the feel.
