A5 Velocity Issues

   my a5 suffers from the "no velocity" syndrome and Ive tried everything
including new o-rings, polished internals,new barrel, the tube is
good.....I love it and have put A-LOT of money into it but it just wont
pop. I get 220 max(I am on co2 ) HPA  is next but i cant see it
bringing 70 fps..
Im about to sell it and get a rail....any last suggestions?
