Hi i recently put together 2 20 oz tanks to lug around on my back while playing paintball. I dont care for comments on how dumb or heavy it is. I would like some input on running both tanks at the same time. Is it okay for the gun?

Nice grips. Those are getting hard to find. As for dual CO2, shouldn't hurt, but then again, I'm not sure. I'm assuming the pressure will equalize to around the standard 850, but I'm not sure if it will just dump 2 times the pressure. If it's the latter, I don't think the remote will be able to take it. You better wait until someone else answers to be sure. You could always run one, and when that one's empty, just turn the other on. |

Everyone likes my grips..
I got them in a trade for a double trigger! I have been doing just as you said for now. Im just switching them as one runs out. The remote says 3000 psi on it so i figured id be all right.

You could always call or email the company that makes the tanks and ask for their input.

I think that both tanks would equalize if turned on at the same time. One tank is full the other is empty, wouldn't both tanks become 1/2 full if connected together? As for a regulator, what would I need? care to post a ebay link or something? thanks for all the replys

i realy dont think you need a reg. it should be fine to run it without one. as for the tanks equelising, in theory, yes. i dont know if they actualy would though. |

I agree. You could always get the palmers stabilizer dwn the road but if you are running the remote and the expansion it gives plenty of time for the CO2 to expand and should be fairly consistant. It was when I ran the same setup but with one tank. |
