Ipod touch problem

   Well my Windows Vista laptop won't recognize my Ipod touch anymore. It started doing this this week and naturally I'm on spring break and don't have my Ipod dock that I have at school that I use to charge it.
All apple services are running and i've tried doing the resetting the ipod trick and uninstalling Itunes just in case, however nothing worked. I think its because the last time I plugged it in it said windows had to install the device driver but it would never install correctly so I hit do not ask again to stop getting the pop up. 

I guess my main question is how do I undo the "do not ask again" prompt for the device driver?
