I just bought a 98 custom pro platinum series with e trigger it has worked great all of fireing modes work perfectely. however i have run into a problem when i tried to use the programming mode to set the rate of fire because my old revolution hopper just cant keep up. i have been unable to access the programming mode following the directions in the owners manuel does anyone know if i am doing something wrong or is there a problem with the gun?

Before you try this, read it a few times, then do exactly as it says.
Focus on the "release the button, not the trigger part. It is your issue.
I'm not trying to be condescending, I have done this dozens of times. Thumbs Up

ok, With the marker off.

Pull and hold the trigger.

Push the button and hold it for two seconds, then release the button 'not' the trigger.

When the light changes to red, release the trigger. The light will stay red.
You are now in programming mode and the red is for setting Dwell.

Pull the trigger and toggle through the settings until the light flickers green quickly.
This will be rate of fire.

Hold the trigger until the light goes out, then release it, it will then blink the current setting (likely 15 times)
When it stops blinking, pull the trigger the number of times that you want the balls per second to be.
when you stop, the light will flicker green and orange indicating an accepted setting.
When it stops, turn the marker off.

When you turn it on again it will at the rate of fire you set.

Good luck Wink
