Just a quick question, I've never had a E-grip and I just got my Phenom today, but when shooting in any "FA" mode it gives off normal clicks when aimed straight, but when I point the gun upwards the clicks start to get a lot louder. Is this normal?

Yes it's perfectly normal. Since there are no sears and springs, everything is loose until you air it up. By changing the angle the solenoid can reset and allow an audible click.
