First of all if this is the wrong place for this srry but i couldnt find anywhere else. I own a custom pro from 2006 the earliest. In my manual it shows only a 98 custom without ACT and all other models have ACT. i was just wondering if all custom pros were actually ACT so i can start upgrading the internals. if all pro's arent act is there any ways of knowing? |

If by "upgrade the internals", you mean replacing the bolts or powertube, don't waste your money. There is no significant increase in performance from such "upgrades" and in some cases they may actually inhibit the performance. ACT markers have an insert and spring that fit into the top of the rear bolt. This spring wil fit into a 12 oclock hole in the end cap. Look at the diagram of the ACT equipped marker, compare to what you have and you will have your answer. |
