I recently upgraded my tippmann a5 marker with the zero kick hammer, it was shooting well for a couple of games then the o-ring seal that site infront of the washer near the velocity adjuster kept popping out. I have taken the gun apart and the power tube apart, lubed and added new. But the o ring keeps popping, I am going to take it to a proshop, but if i can fix it then its all good

please help if you have had this trouble or if you know someone who has and knew how they fixed it.
please let me know so I can save my self trouble of a half hour car ride.

1/2 hour car ride? Must be nice to be so spoiled. Closest paintball shop to here is at least an our away.. Anyways, are you referring to the o ring that sits next to the tombstone inside the powertube?

Not exactly sure how the o-rings keep popping out. One suggestion would be to take the aftermarket bolt out and see if it still happens. I know some of the early ZKB's had issues getting the velocity up to where it needed be, so they started sending stronger springs with them to fix this issue. Not sure how that could possible effect the front O-ring. Are saying that you reassemble the marker, air it up and the o-ring comes flying out?
