Been awhile since allowed to post due to technical difficulties.
First, Winter League Hockey, we are 0-22, being a player coach has been like herding cats. A beginner /novice league with older expierienced player/coaches my people still don't quite understand the fundimentals. I get a new crop for summer league coming up, hopefully a little better. I skate adult league, now summer league beginner practices on tuesday nights as well as 3-5 noon time drop in/stick and puck weekly. I am playing the 'Puckfest' tourney May 25/26/27 with an ad-hoc 40+ team. Few want a 'team' practice prior to tourney so not planning on playing on sunday, wonder why. The CRF450 is gone, went down hard last September, broke two ribs and clavical so momma is in the no racing mode now. Over the year, 12 races, I got a 1st in 40+, and a 3rd in Vet C so was a fun year till the crash. I traded the 08 CRF450 ,that I bought as a leftover in 10 for $4000 and traded it for a 12 XR650L on/off (basically a XL with factory performance upgrades). I also am rebuilding my 94 KDX200 to MX standards. Honed cylinder, new high performance piston kit, replaced and repacked bearings, light reed set, new power valve, and I got a 2 stroke rocket. Once she hits 'the pipe' hold on, front end wants to lift, and she digs right in. A little more fun than the heavier 450, pounded the local MX track for a 'practice' and too much fun. Going to do 'Endurance Racing' 2hours on a MX/Trails track, as many laps as you can do, so a little tamer than all out MX'g. Will do some on the XR650 and some on the KDX200. Still got the Harley Heritage Classic and planning on a NY run later this summer to visit grandkids in Newburgh. I do have 'longer' hair and the occasional beard so another 'life' change there. Overall the 'farm' in Ceresco,NE is doing fine. We lease out fields to local farmers for grazing, $400 a month. I got outdoor hot tub up and running, my MX practice track tweeked, my pistol/rifle range up as well as skeet/trap area with throwers. Just added a WW2 Parkerized M-1911, and a modern Beretta M9 to my collection, so time for another reloader. Retirement still sucks, bored at times during days, but other days I am exhausted. |

Oh yea a lot of FoW. Have a new French early war force, as well as Vietnam US as well as NVA with PeterPig VC. Played a early war desert campaign tourney with a British Crusadar Company got 2nd. Won't really get back into FoW till weather changes. DO have a Tank Aces tourney coming up, will be running a German PzKw IVH Company, 500pts 1st game.

I'm glad to see you back. It's been great to return here and still have the old familiar faces around. Hope all is well.

I've been getting back into Warhammer 40k after a few year break. Its tough coming up with a strategy with so many choices of units. You discover pretty quick which ones don't make up their points though.

We had been wondering where you were in pbc a few weeks ago. We assumed you were getting another operation done to make you a full cyborg.
