Impulse, yes. A girl on Twitter recognized him yesterday. Apparently Reddit thinks she stole their "scoop?" Or something. But she went to high school with the kid.
One suspect is down. News is saying the suspect(s) were lighting explosives and throwing them at police. Jesus Christ.
