   Surprise!  This isn't about guns/cars/bikes!  I have entirely too much free time on my hands these days, and in light of current events, and the fact that I work nights, I have nothing productive to fill it with.  So, I have decided it's time to further my education.  My only option right now is to get my masters through an online-only program.  Anything that requires classroom attendance is out of the question.  So far I've looked at Penn State's MPS offerings and am leaning towards the Organizational development and change degree.  I feel like that is something that I can use in my current career but it also gives me more options if I choose to get out.  My undergrad is in criminology, but I would like to diversify myself, so probably not going to get a masters in that field.  
I have also been looking at ERAU's MSM in Leadership or Project management, bu I feel like while it's a good Aeronautical school, I don't know how respected their business department is outside of the realm of aviation.  

I'm also open to other recommendations, as long as it is a respected program and a useful degree.
