This has gone on too long and has gotten way to many threads on this forum locked. It is is polluting the forum.
He may have done nothing today but do you know how many PM's I get over them. How many threads have been locked and or deleted. I did not PM this to them because I want everyone to see they were warned.
Dont post here to debate. Thats not going to fly. I've had it with the childishness that has overtaken this forum in droves and if strikes are not doing anything to give people a clue its time to start saying goodbye to those that wont learn I am not here to wipe your nose when they start a pissing contest.

Routers dont mask IP's, they use one IP and the router assigns a private IP to each computer on your system.
Ban the main IP or the string(more effective just disallowing a neighborhood or town) and then there is no worries.

ok, I was under the impression that if you restarted your router/modem, you receive a new IP
