grenade launcher?

I had an idea to make a paintball grenade launcher to attach to my a-5, It would use special grenades that would have a sort of propulsion system (i.e. small CO2 cartridge? Is this a good idea?

they already make those, in different sizes too.  they shoot 2 in. paintball shells/grenades. http://www.jassepaintball.com/scepter-combat/launchers.htm there ya go. take a look

yea tippmann made one called the TM-208 or something like that. good idea, but someone had it first

Here is a link to Exotic Sportz, they have the New "EGL-47" Grenade Launcher. You can mount it on most Tippmann Markers. It is sweet!

or you can make one(modified potato gun) out of pvc
pipe for about $80, cheaper and better.it shoots
grenades or shotgun rounds at least 200 yds
depending on how much propellant you put in it.

Everyone and every milsim manufacturer has their own version of a nade launcher.....they all work the same, the only difference is the price tag.

Yeah, Bamaballer's idea is ingenious, if you never want to step on a commercial feild, and want to risk killing anyone you aim at.  NEVER use a potato gun on the paintball feild unless it has been converted to a pneumatic system, and has the proper safety equipment, such as pop of valves.

Instead of using C02 or propane you could just use a spring or rubber band kinda thing. Meh it might work
