Neither, there is no use for 44 mags and it's expensive for the ammo. I'm not a fan of 22's because they have no power, much like the 9mm. I also hate the baretta.

22's do have power to kill. But it feels like you're shooting a bb gun. I want something that I know will at least go through someone's shirt from 30 ft. The rattle effect of a 22 is great, but you've gotta be close.

I have a 44 8 rnd revolver, and my dad used to have a beretta. I really preferred the beretta.
1. Because there was less kick. 2. It was clip fed, you don't have to reload as often. 3. I prefer the looks of the Beretta. |

Yea, the Taurus is awesome. Of if you want some SERIOUS stopping power, get the Desert Eagle with Interchangable bore types for .50, .357, and some other, i forgot. Also, check out a Colt 1911, they are a true classic.

I don't like .22 pistols that much. In my experiences, they have been highly innacurate. I would get the 9mm. The ammo for the .44 is more expensive, and it only holds 6 rnds.

If you will be short on cash after the purchase, get the 22, as it has
cheep ammo. Plus it's fun to shoot, and you can shoot it all day,
since there is so little recoil.
But I personally would get the berretta. I'm not too much of a fan of 44 as they kick SOOO much, but they are fun every so often. Instead of a berretta, I might recommend looking at either a Sig, an H&K, or a Walther such as the P226, the USP, or the P99. I'm not a fan of berretta so I say look for something else. But based only caliber I say the 9mm, and since the only choice that alots for that decision is the berretta I say that. |
