C'mon, guys! Well, for fear of building it up to be more than it is, I'll just spill it.
+
= right! Centerflag, the creator of the Hyperframe for the Mag, made an e-frame for the autococker as well, called the Uprising. These frames were short lived however, as they were too fast for standard loaders of the time, so they chopped quite a bit. How it works is the frame is entirely self-contained, using a single flapper noid to actuate the mechanical 4-way and trip the sear. Like Hyperframes, the majority of the Uprisings found are capped at 13 BPS, but the one I managed to get my grubby paws on, was a later model capped at 20 BPS, making this already rare frame rarer! IMO, $90 was a good deal. I got it because it would work AMAZING with my Gemini anti-chop system. I is happy. Edited by DeTrevni - 21 June 2007 at 3:55pm |

I knew it...I was trying to think of what you wanted to trade the RACE frame for over on AO, but couldnt remember the name. Should be sick when it's done. Plans for the cocker? |

Actually, still have the Race. Anyone want it? Hee hee. As for the cocker, I'm gonna slap everything together all Frankenstein-like to make sure it works like I wanted. When everything's good to go, I'll find some more cosmetically-inclined parts, then probably have everything reannoed. I'm thinking matte orange or yellow. Blue's nice too. Then, I should be set for life! Who knows, in the long run, I may find a Morlock to power the thing so I can get some n33t firing modes. Life should be grand. I have to get the Uprising in first. I just sent the money, so technically it's not a done-deal yet. I'll definitely post pics when everything's in.

thank you.
what gave it away was the cocking rod slot. I'd like to get my hands on one of those. It would be easier to time. Not to mention a great sleeper, seeing as it doesn't have an electronic 3-way. |
