I gotta agree with tallen, look at a paintball closely and you will see on the case that one side goes barely over the other to seal it together. one side is bigger than the other so this can happen, hence not spherical.

a paintball has no groves or rifleing so why would you want to get a rifled barrel? same thing with long barrels, it just causes mroe drag. a bullet spins in a barrel and the longer it goes in a straight direction, the longer it will continue in this straight trajectory. a paintball, is not a bullet. the longer a barrel the more drag you can get, so just get a barrel kit with a nice fit. |

Just out of (morbid) curiosity, what does the lack of grooves or rifleing have to do with anything? I highligted the word in the post above so I could point out that we have several groves of trees at our paintball field. |
