Hey, yes you can fill it with a air compresser, yes cheaper then c02 in long run (not very long run either), yes you can run hpa on ur x-core but it wont help it or affect it at all, and the cheapest and smallest is pry a 68/3000 steel tank by 3a paintball (look on ebay).

Yes you can fill them with a compressor..if you have one that goes to 3000psi.
It's not cheaper then Co2 any where around here. X-core won't effect it. You can get small and cheap tanks but you'd be much better off saving and getting a fiber wraped 68ci tank. |

I don't know dude. It would take a lot of $3 CO2 fills to pay for a $20000 compressor. Yes, you did count those 0 right.

if you want a really cheap but small tank look at the tanks at www.countypaintball.com . they had one for like 75$ but that would be waaay too small.

The ho.. look at the gauge..does the thing even go to 300psi?
The compressers used to fill HPA tanks are like $4,000-$10,000 bucks. |

Craftsman doesn't make compressers that push 3000 psi of air. Atleast not ones that are easily obtained by the public. On ebay they have compressers for paintball all the time. They just cost like $5,000. And yes you would have to get a special fitting and no I don't think that your compresser can fill a nitro tank. You can get a nitro tank filled at a paintball field and/or local shop.

It depends on where you live. Around me it's a dollar for every thousand psi. So if you get a 3000 psi tank, it's $3, if it's a 4500 psi tank, it'll be $4.50

get SCUBA certified and you can use a SCUBA tank to refill HPA tanks
with an adapter that'll run you about 50$, You can uasualy get about 10
good fills off a tank before you'd have to take it to a dive shop to be
refilled. and as a twice certified dvier i highly recamend it, it's a
lifelong certification and truely an adventure.
