This is prolly a really stupid question, but will impulses work with co2? I read that some high-end markers only work with hpa or nitro. This is the impulse i'm thinking about getting. http://www.countypaintball.com/product_description.asp?item= 2482

Okay, this is the thing. Anti-siphon does not allow liquid to go up into your gun. Since C02 comes out a gas, anti-siphon will allow what goes into your gun be a gas. Anyway, they say it will work with C02 with an anti-siphon, but what they don't say is how well. You can use C02 on ANY gun, but how long will it take for your gun to mess up is the question. Do not use C02 on an Impulse. Enough said.
And for NMLvaio for you saying "It won't even work on a co2" you are wrong. It will work. For how long is the question. |

You're all wrong, don't post unless you know what you're saying. The
Impulse will work fine on anti-siphioned co2, Max-Flo's handle co2 very
well. Even the new Shockers can run co2 just fine. So yes, you can run
anti-siphioned co2, but save up for nitro soon anyways, it's much nicer.

^^^No, it's not like that at all. Impulses are made so that they can run on co2, it's perfectly fine.

Co2 isn't the best gas. It's made safer for your gun with Anti-Siphon. Let's just say stick with HPA, you can get a cheapo tank, an $87 dollar one. |

The Impulse does shoot well on CO2 but I also recommend you stick with nitrogen/compressed air if you have the option. You'll get better consistency with the nitrogen.
