Yeah it will help out a lot. I haven't used one personally, but I hear they make it much, much more consistent.

It works like an expansion chamber, which increases efficiency by about 10%, and its regulated, so I *think* that adds about 5% more. Also, it prevents freezing, which can prevent your gun from becoming a rust monster, broken o-rings, condensation, crazy velocity spikes, and makes the gun more consistent on the velocity.

Yeah, the palmer stabilizer is WAY worth the money. Before I got it, I would empty a 16oz tank with 600 shots or more, but after I installed the palmer, I got 840 shots before the the velocity started pooping out. So, I probably could've gotten about 900 shots, but still.. that's pretty good for a small tank.
If you are planning on getting one, I would highly recommend a microguage of some sort. Good luck! |
