Ok I was going to get an autococker, but seeing as my friend has an autococker from the same year he is complaining about it, and I am tired of hearing it so I am either going to get a BKO or an Impulse. If I get the BKO I'll probably get PDS later on and if I get the Impulse I'll get the vision Eye later on. Also I know that the BKO is either High or Low Pressure, but can I use a high pressure tank with an Imp? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

you can use a high pressure tank with an imp because the inline reg will bring the psi down to whats needed
i personally hate imps, from the performance, to the reliability, to the body. without vision its capped at 13-14bps, and the stock parts are very bad. i dont like bkos much eather, but i would take a bko over an imp. i would at lease go for a b2k4, since there around the same price as an imp. are you settled on electronic guns? if not, i would recomend a mag. go to www.logicpaintball.com and design a mag. |

you would need to buy one used, but thats not always the best thing to do when bying an imp, because you are buying an impulse. Go for the BKO, and buy PDS, and a better reg. |

I dont own an impy, but I play at a feild where theres almost every kind, from sp, and aftermarket. Every day one will break down, its fixxable but after awhile it gets annoying, and were impatient up here(some guy chucked his angel few weeks ago) there not 1/2 bad but you could have better

Take it from someone who owened one..they are a POS. To start with they need close to $1,000 to make them even close to half decent. Second they're made of swiss freakin cheese aluminum that will strip like crazy. The Impy suffers like crazy from FSDO which even with upgrades the problem isn't always solved. SP is to cheap to put a good eye system in the Impy so instead they put in the poopy relective eyes that only work half the time. Impys are very inefficeint when it comes to gas and the internals all need to be upgraded. The feedneck is like the WTC and again its another thing that has to be upgraded beucase SP is to dumb to make a no-rise feed neck. I think thats enough reasons why not to get a POS like an Impy. |

i'd go BKO... they are nearly identical design's, but the imp has a better reg and barrel, and there is a bit of debate about which is more reliable... but most of the BKO's unreliability reports have to do with the reg. i'd get a BKO and an aftermarket reg. sidewinder is good.

Electronic sensors that detect whether or not a paintball is in the
breech. They're used as a way of preventing chopped paintballs. |

Anti chop eyes are sensors in the breech of a gun that help prevent ball chopping when the user shoots his gun really fast. Most eyes won't let the bolt go forward to propell the paintball if the ball is not fully loaded in the chamber. |
