You think a triology is better than an 04? Ok now i have heard it all.    Can you put a new 3 way on a triology? no, New ram? no, new LPR? no, oh yah there cool cause they come with a single trigger that looks like a blade. Oh and good luck playing speedball with a gun that can hit like 5 bps, cause its not suitable for an Eblade.

ok u cant even compare the trilogy series cockers to an 04 vert feed b/c of the price difference.  u can expect something that is almost 100$$ cheaper (i think) to be just as good or better than the more expensive product.  WGP even admits that the trilogy series are beginner guns for newbies (not meant negatively) who just want to be able to say they have an autococker.  some of the things that make autocockers great are taken out of te  such asw trigger frames, new 3 ways etc.  its like comparing a 98c to a timmy...

as for ur question:  if ur lookin into speedball then i dont think a 98c would be the best for u.  spyder imagines r pretty flimsy in my experience and unreliable.  the dragun TES is about 210 (i think) and they are good guns if u wanna go over the 145 price range.

and front men do need more speed than the back men.  the back men lay cover fire which does need to be fast but the front men up in the action need alot of speed too.  id say it would be more important for a front man to ahve speed than a backman.  do u actually play speedball or r u just speculating?

what this sounds like to me is somebody that thinks the gun they own is the best gun ever made.  while it may be good for u and suit ur purposes its not the best thing since sliced bread.  i know alot of ppl who do this so dont get mad im just pointing it out to u so that in the future u will eb aware and it might prevent u from flaming ppl or getting flamed.

 Get the 98 custom. It's 140 bucks then just buy some upgrades for it afterwards. Particulary a new barrel first like a teardrop.
