A-5 w/ e-trig or up my spyder?

   A lot of my friends are telling me that i should stay away from tippmann and just up my spyder imagine, but then my friends with a-5s are telling me i should get it, now my parents are offering to get me the a-5 with the e-trig for x-mas. One reason im not sure is cuz one of my friends is like "theyre not allowed in many places".  Is that true? Anyways what do you people think? All comments welcomed.

	That's kind of a no brainer lol. Go for the A-5 and upgrade the Spyder later. Nothing better than having a couple of markers with you on the field. I always bring at least 3 with me and I can shoot whatever I'm in the mood for and if something happens like broken balls and such, I can just squeegie it out and mess with it when I get home and not have to miss any field time. Pack it away and use one of the backups. Hey.......then you'll have friends on both sides of the road lol. Tell me something........who said that they don't allow A-5's on the field, your Spyder friends? My Spyder has r/t, modes and full auto and my Imp even has modes and full auto. I never use the modes and such on the field but that doesn't mean I can't use the markers there. Go for the A-5 and ignore your friends prejudices if that is the case -

	^wut he said was that feilds dont allow A-5's with E-grip on the feild,well they are wrong it is the R/T that some feilds dont allow but u can use the e-grip just not full auto or stuff like that A-5 all the way

	tippman guns are awsome but not that co2 efficient, spyders are good with co2 but the power, distance, looks, and upgrades cant compare with tippman guns! Take my word for it i have a kingman spyder and a5 + 98 maid by tippman.

	having owned both a e-spyder and the a-5 i say go a-5 a5- solid,reliable,fast,somewhat light,has a hopper eSpyder- ever hear that "fraaap" noise when the striker slips?, NEEDS a good hopper or a bag to catch all the goo. OR if you allready have a decent set up why not try a PUMP? you will become a better player and soon your friends will be asking you for advice.

	yea thats wut im doin cuz a got a 98c wit a stock on it nd i know im getting a spyfer fenix for x-mas nd im going to trick out my 98c before my spyder. cuz nothing really anythin to get for a spyder sept a rockin trigger nd some guns an ACS

	Well your friends are stupid if they are telling you to stay away from tippmann's because they are the most reliable guns. Spyders suck. I would definitly prefer an A-5 with an E-grip over a supped up Spyder anyday.

	well my friend, i'd say go with the a-5 since your parents offered to get it for you with an e-grip so you'd be getting an up-ed gun already instead of wasting your money doin that to the imagine. i've got both the a-5 and imagine, and like DRAGON said, i use the imagine as back up if anything goes wrong with the a-5, choppage, etc. so that'd probably be the best plan for you. get the a-5 for xmas, and later on upgrade either gun you want. plus the cyclone comes standard on the a-5... i wish my parents did that for me..

	trust me, you'll like the tippy A-5 with egrip over any spyder. not to mention it's easier to maintain, is more reliable, and easy as hell to upgrade, you get that A-5 and post back telling us how bad you beat your friends with spyders
