Well i was thinking about the upgrades i want for my MiniMag and then i stated thinking of that new 15bps cap in turnys and seen that bost on the Cheater board and a light bulb went off and i started wondering if there would be intrest in a ALL MECHANICAL (Except loaders) Leauge.  INstead of capping markers at 15bps why not only allow mech markers.  I think it be kewl as i have no real intrest in elctros and sutch anyways it be refreashing to see true one pull one shot markers come back agin.

This kinda of an idea if it took off shure would screw Smartparts and a few other companys while boosteing sales in Tippys, Mags, And Cockers (If thats Possible).

Id be nice to see paintball make this move and i think it could revolushonize pb markers.  I was just wondering if anybody else felt the same way?

Not really still have semies but NO electro markers ie no impulses, bko, shokers, angels, dm4/5, timmies, etc  Only markers that are fully Mechanical ie. Auotmags, Cockers etc.

I'm not certain what to think............I like the idea.  The electro markers already have a stonghold in the tournament games.  It would be cool if the mechanical semi-autos had their own class in tourney play. Something like a 3 or 5 man game on mechanicals in addition to all the regular games played at tournaments.  That would open up a whole new market of equipment and a class for players.

Hell, for that matter, why not go all-out and make full-fledged Woodsball tournaments? I mean, there may be some already, but I havne't heard of any significant ones, so it can't be that big. Limit them to mechanical markers, and you could get a whole new tourney market going among those of us without the cash to buy our way to the top. It would definitely be a lot cheaper to play, too. :P

There use to be woodsball tournaments back in the early years of paintball, but now its called "scenarios" and the players do win prizes at those shin digs.

electro wouldent die out... and a good number of "mech" markers can shoot faster than 15bps...

the epic would probly come back... but alot of people would start using pneumatic assist triggers on guns like cockers and mags...
