Mabye this had been asked before, and i have searched(mabye it was my keywords), but i was wondering why tippmann never built a pro level gun before, it wouldnt hurt them, they'd just get customers from different playing fields. I was just wondering, any info is appreciated.

the stock tippmann works fine and could work as a pro level gun with a few upgrades. look at the pro team Tippmann Effect, they all have tippmanns and they are good. i believe have a "pro level" gun due to all the upgrades and the performance it has. i think that today pro level guns are made by price not by performance. my friend upgraded his cocker and it doesnt work that great. its just like if the movie stars have something fancy people want it just like if dynasty or naughty dogs shoot eclipse autocockers kids will want them. its all in the price not performance.

Please define "pro level".

Do you mean a tournament level gun?  Well, people play in tounys with Tippmanns all the time.  They are excellent guns.

Perhaps you mean a "pro" could use them in a game.  Well, as mentioned above, many teams use Tippmanns in tournys, such as, as mentioned above, Tippmann effect.

Tippmann has done one thing and one thing only : Good, relaible, trustworthy guns.  They may not be flashy.  They may not be pretty, but Tippmann has always gone its own way.  Besides Armotech (are they still around?) Tippmann is the only company providing markers that are different.

If you read my post you would realize that Tippmann is one of few (if not the only) companies that is doing something different with their guns.

Why would they blow their originality on something everyone else is doing?
