Im thinking of getting a Stealth 98...but i dont know if it has a 3/8" dovetail sight mount...anyone know?

Yes it does. I've mounted scopes and red dot sights off my air rifles onto the flatline barrell shroud. What you'll find, though, is that unless you have a slim profile mask, you really won't be able to use the sights. I'm getting a V-Force profiler for just that reason
