so i want to up mine a bit. he's getting an A-5 and we had Stock 98c's and M98's. his gun got all screwed up(M98) and even the pro shop couldnt fix it. i want to know if this is a good list of what i should get: 14" J+J Ceramic R/T(tell me if i should get something else instead) Remote Line 4+1 Harness tell me what you think and you can even make a new list for me if you want, but i am for sure getting the 14" J+J Ceramic. |

Hi, That sounds like a good list. Make sure your remote is a good one with quick connects and shutoff. If your running CO2 and don't have a 20oz. or bigger, get one for your pack. RT is good, E-bolt is better but expensive. If your going to mod this gun more I would look at a 12vt. Revy at some point also. Look at some internal mods also.

smitty , you want a good firepower upgrade , you know where to head for polishing your internals , and do a trigger job on it too !! then get the J&J , and revvy , you'll need it ) Do a search for "Mother of all trigger jobs" , posted by layman , some time back , that'll give you enought info to get started Edited by Shadowminion |

well he has had it(got it from his brother) for 4 years and like i said got it from his brother so it's just old and there's something wrong with the internals. idk. he just really wants an excuse to get an A-5 too though. also thanks shadowminion. well when he shoots balls get stuck a lot(it's not the balls) and he chops a lot. he took it to the pro shop a little ways away from here and they couldnt fix it. also it's too late..........he got the A-5 already. going paintballing tomorrow at 1(Central Time). wish me luck.

Make sure if you play at a paint ball facility that they allow the RT in the class you play in... Hell Survivor's in MI does not allow RT's or any other gas assist (cyclone feed accepted) or electric devices in general admission... You don't want to get shut out of your favorite spot. Your upgrades sound good for advanced play and woodsballin'! Have fun! |

here's a list of what i think i would get off the list and what not. also why i chose that: 98c- have it 24 and 9 oz tank- have 2 20oz tanks drop forward- remote because i like the feel more R/T- considering it X-Chamber- Havent seen a need for it in all the time i've had my gun Revvy- Dont need it to keep up with unless i get the R/T Rocket Cock- My personal opinion is that it's a waste of money. take the time to clean your gun anyway. Dye Stickies- Waste of money(maybe get them if i consider playing scenerios(holy cow i spelled that waaaaay wrong) New Barrel- Getting a 14" J+J Ceramic |
