This is an idea I had for a camo mask...then I finally did it.  What do you think?  Everything is tied on.  NO glue.

The best way to camo your mask is to buy the military or hunting face paint, put a bunch of globs of each color on a piece of paper, then dab each diferent finger on one hand in a diferent color and wipe them across your mask. I did this to my mask and it works great, looks kinda like the old tiger stripe camo from vietnam.

Thats what I thought before I did it, but they must put some other chemicals in it because when it dries its not sticky at all, its almost like its part of the plastic and the only way it will come off is if you wash it off w/ soapy water, and if there is no soap in the water it will not wash it off. You can, however, smear it a little when it dries if you press real hard w/ your thumb.

Hey, beautiful camo job on your marker! Very professional. Like the red dot sight, too- I've got the same one mounted on my flatlined 98C. Good piece of kit unless the sun's glaring off it.

As for the masks, some camo fabric works fine, but since you've done that, why not sew a few strips of fabric hanging off it, for a ghillies effect? Realistically, that camo pattern alone isn't that useful as camouflage. You need something to break it up more.

Camoing a mask isnt too big of an issue.  Goggle skins are an excellent item for camoing goggles, and thats about all you need.

The main issue is cutting down glare off your mask.  Painting the mask itself black and a set of goggle skins is all you need.  If you over camo it wont make you hide better and could make you stand out.

Nice job but, I hope youre planning to make some breathable holes through the fabric.....the reason being is that youre gonna be sweatin like crazy and fog up in a very different way big time, meaning you are gonna experience condensation on the inner side of the lens which is worse than fogging.....I experienced that once, couldnt see anything for awhile, I pulled my mask forward from the bottom and let some fresh air in and the condensation dissapated.

another idea is taking ghillie threads (jute) and stringing it through the side vents around your ears and mouth area.  it doesn't get too moistury or anything... you'd be surprised how well it works

Nice mask! Another way of doing it:

Take an old pair of camo pants or shirt and cut it into 1-1.5 foot long, 1-2" wide strands and tie them through the more obscure vents, like near your ears, chin, or cheeks. This breaks up your image and shape more. And make sure they don't hang down and obscure your view.

It looks super sweet and it will be an awesome Woodsball mask if it don't fog.

I am doing the same to mine with a few differences.  Instead of the more army camo i am using mossy oak camo which actually has leaves an bark on it.  For vents i cut out some areas kinda like the shape of leaves.

If you coverd the entire mask with brown and green, then yes, if not, then no, I didn't cover my entire mask w/ paint so that I cuold use the natural black color of the mask. But I whould make sure that there is some black on the mask, the whole idea of camoing a mask is to break up your outline, that is how camoflage realy works, so you have to make sure that it is not a solid color and the colors are natural, also that it is coverd in iradic shapes.

Skip the black.  There is no black in nature.  There is a reason that we stopped using that color in the new ACU (Advanced Combat Uniform, the replacement for the woodland and desert BDU's).  Don't use the facepaint, or even paint.  Just go to the local sprorting goods store, and get some camo tape, either the camo'd duct tape, or better, the removeable gun and bow tape.  Avoid any straight lines, again there are no real straight lines in nature.
