Ok I dont know if these two problems are related but they started at the same time, Ive had my A5 for about a year now with little to no problems, I originally had it with a flatline and e-grip worked great no problems, now Im using it with a 16" JJ ceramic barrel, e grip and car stock, I just installed the above features not too long ago, the first time I played with the new specs it worked great all day over 6 hrs of play no problems, then the second week I went through a 20 like nothing, didnt think to much of it thouht maybe my fill wasnt full, now here comes the third time I played, I went through a 20 oz and 16 oz Full in a little over 1000 rounds, now also when I would fire full auto and let her rip It would fire 5 in succession then the bolt wouldnt catch and Id here the egrip firing but not catching the bolt it would do the little ticck tick tick sound, then Id pull the bolt back and it would do the same thing maybe 5 rounds off than tick tick tick, Im starting to think these things are related. Heres what Ive done so far, haven heard a leak coming from either my gun or remote, tried w/o remote same thing it fires 5 then tick tick tick, took off stock and replaced with original butt plate still tick tick tick, I dont hear a leak had a friend listen as well nothing, replaced some orings on it still tick tick tick, let me know if you all need anything else. Id appreciate any help, Im pretty savy with Tippmanns but have run out of options.

A 20oz will last a little over a thousand, but if its a little less your just sucking up some liquid CO2. And with a faster ROF your shooting more in less time which seems like less.

The ticking sound is the solenoid valve. Im almost positive that you just have a low battery and it cant trip the sear every time. So try replacing the battery, and that should fix it.

Thanks for the reply I was actually thinking of replacing the battery, thinking that may be why its not catching I was watching the trigger assembly from the rear and it did seem to be going very slow, but now I'm sure of it seeing as you thought the same thing.

Thanks again.
