	Ya think of it like those LED flashlights and those LCD TV screens. On hoppers if its LCD then it will have a screen that will do game timers, ball counters etc. A LED will just tell you its on, and is really all you need, also it costs less.

	Yeh dont be fooled thinking your getting a hopper with a cool screen on it when you see LED. They try to confuse you. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display like cda said) has the screen.
