truthfully YOU should accept the fact that some people don't have as much money as you, while still looking for a good gun, and they choose something like the Ion, while it may have problems at first, they can be worked out. Just because they aren't buying a timmt doesn't mean the gun they ARE getting is a "POS".........

How can his shocker "shoot farther"? No gun can shoot farther unless they have the velocity spiked way up or have a system that puts a back spin on the ball like the FL barrel. Truthfully this shop owner doesn't seem to know what hes talking about.

I stopped by the local shop yesterday and he had piles......upon piles of ION part's.  The only way they could get the hundreds of guns was if they were shipped in parts.

It appears that some of the gun is cast.  They almost seem disposable bu they are very fast.  One guy that I was talking to that plays for Wicked Air Sportz says the only reason he like his shocker better is that the shocker shoots further.  They performed a nice little test to prove this.  Other than that he likes the ION.

I'll get one.

Wow, this is the first thread I have read on this forum that got this heated.

I have shot a lot of markers and owned a few.  I liked the ION because it had all the features of some more expensive markers, but was in the price range people could afford.  While not the best, and apparently some have grudges/issues against, it is a good marker and with proper care will do you good.  It is my pick from the litter, but...I am a woods/scenario player that loves his A-5.

Meh, now he has a Timmy, I'm quite sure it makes him a much better player cuz as we all know, an expensive marker enables you to make better decisions and gives you magical powers on the field and in forums such as this one lol -

Really well look at this

I was going to get an Ion until Scarface22 and some other people showed me the light at the end of the tunnel.

So it seems like when people listen to me they make good choices..maybe its because I know what Im talking about and that SP guns are trash. So if anyone had 2 brain cells (which you obviouly dont since you still think SP guns are actually good) they would listen to me. Also I never owned an EGO (I would never want to) and as far as the Timmy in comparison with SP guns the Timmy is way better. You should really get your head our of your butt, maybe one day you'll see how much of a POS Smart Parts guns are.

And I would like to know what EXAXCTLY was wrong with it. The kid was probably a retard who didn't know how to use it thats how most of the problems start in Timmys, user error. The ION is just manufactured cheaply so it has more random problems like a trashy reg that leaks, hoses that blow bla bla bla. Again the difference is the Timmy has problems most of the time because of user error Ions problems are caused by thier cheap POS quality.

How do you know that the problems in ions aren't from user error? It's just as likely as the problems in timmies being caused by user error. And the "crappy reg that blew up" you keep talking was probably caused because the kid that had the ion aired it up without first lowering the intake pressure. That happens a lot.

Haha you are a retard. Buddy stop skipping English class to do drugs its obviously making you retarded and dillusional. Also Im older then you (obviousl, I don't come onto internet forums and curse at people like a dumb 10 year old) and I'm sure I've been playing way longer then you. I bought my Timmy with my own money and it is by far way better then anything Smart Farts will ever make. Everything they make is a POS. If you think the ION is a great gun then your either a) plain and simple retarded and ignorant or b) to poor  to afford anything else so your stuck with a POS that you have convinced yourself is a great gun.
