ok well i have somewhere between $200 and $260 to spend on a new gun
and a barrel and anything else i can fit in to that price range. so ive
know the advantages of the guns but i was just wondering your opinions.
whatever way i go im prolly gonna add a 40-60 dollar barrel maybe an expansion chamber. ive already got all the basic stuff (tank, hopper). i play woodsball except for the rare times i go to a real field where i mustly play on thier wooded course except for a few speed games. i know im definatly getting a tippmann and a new barrel. now im looking for the best quality for my money. i want an A5 but if any of the other guns will outperform a used A5. If i get one of the cheaper guns ill prolly be able to throw some upgrade on it. but if i get pro custum the may make some exclusive upgrade for it in the future that i may be willing to invest in. what do you guys think? |

Most of the time you can find used guns in very good condition on places like PbNation, eBay, etc. I would go with one of them.

Custom pro already comes tweaked with a good barrel, drop and dbl. trig. The 98C wouldn't even be on my list anymore if I didn't already have one. You can upgrade to the e-grip later if needed or go for it now with the gun( for the money that's what I personally would do). That would pretty much get you to $260.
