Well, see ya then. I'm not sure where you were antagonized before you got defensive. One post was pointing out that this thread was 6 years old. One other post actually said "'Please' don't bump old threads." That is well within reason. Then you get flippant, insulting and sarcastic. A bit touchy, eh?

There were two ways you could have handled being asked nicely (I even included a "please") not to bump old threads. The way most people react is to say something along the lines of "oops, sorry didn't know" and then everyone moves on. You chose a different option* and the responses you got were in direct reaction to that.
*Specifically the "tantrum with attitude and name calling" option which on the internet is the equivalent of running around with a signature block that says something along the lines of "pull my chain and enjoy the show." Edited by Mack - 03 May 2011 at 11:33pm |

You're gonna sit there and ask me to "respect" your rules when you and your buddies just sat there and **edited**ed with me a for a good 6 hours? It would have been nice if someone could have explained to me like you did before it escalated. But that didn't happen. You can't give me an explanation like that AFTER the argument. It doesn't work like that. If this truly is a "social" type thing, you should expect people to act human. I recieved no help, and I was antagonized by the members of the forum, so naturally, I would react with rage like any human would. Perhaps I've picked the wrong forum to be apart of. To my knowledge, people are supposed to help eachother on forums. I recieved no help. Do you get why i'm angry yet? You can expect me to delete my profile.

Relax, don't get uppity, and enjoy the ride. We can help, but if you get defensive you get people like me who just enjoy screwing with you. Instead of bumping a thread 6 years old, you can go over to "New Players" or "Upgrades and Customizing" and ask us to help you brainstorm. A forum may be meant for information, but it's also a social thing, and do have unwritten social rules. We just ask that you respect them, and generally speaking, bumping old threads is a no-go.

Really now, you think I'm so stupid that I haven't used Google yet? I've searched Google MULTIPLE times. I was looking for wood, not plastic. There are certain specific things i'm looking for that i wasn't able to find on Google. For all i know, these pictures could be just what i'm looking for. Anything else to say?? You seem to know everything.

Just because he doesn't reply to me doesn't mean I'm not gonna make my marker. All I wanted was some reference pics. It isn't critical that I get pictures from this dude. If I can post and POSSIBLY get some pictures, why not just do it? You guys need to take the sticks out of your asses and not freak out whenever some ones does something that doesn't quite sit right with you on the forum. Jesus Christ, lighten up a bit. Who cares if it does me no good. If i have resources available, I'M GOING TO USE THEM. You forum freaks make me sad.
