Alot of add ons but some custom work. I cut out a section of the shroud to fit the warp feed and it fits real nice and tight. I put a custom switch on the warpfeed b/c it doesn't come with an on/off switch. Uses 2 12V but I am gonna opt for a Qloader b/c there is 5 9volts in my marker between the warp feed the revi and the ebolt. Kinda ridiculous but it works great. I am definitely gonna swap out the revi and the warp for a qloader. No batteries and alot lighter. But if you dont like the small size of the qloader then A warp feed is great for lowering the profile. Lemme Know what you guys think

Not really for speed ball. I just wanted to lower the profile. With a qloader it will be alot tighter and more compact. Kinda depends on how I position the tank to. I could always invert it. I wouldnt use this for speed ball. Id use an Emag or something. Im not too into speed ball. Its fun but I am not on a team or anything so I like scenerio and woodsball. I jam on some speed ball sometimes. Flatline is rather legthy but a model 98 is anyhow.

I almost wanna mount a nintendo A button (and heve seriously thought about it LOL!) instead of a trigger but I dont think i really need a double trigger. The trigger pull is so light that I can already dish out plenty of paint. Alot of people love the double trigger but I don't think Im gonna bother with it. I do love the Ebolt. I'll post another pic in a minute. I know it doesnt seem right for speedball but then again I wouldnt use a setup like this for it. The flatline will PWN at dday (skirmish). Last year we had 3 model 98's (one custom) and 4 A5's ALL with flatline barrels and we were dishing out the paint. It was a blast.

here is the other side. It does have a long profile but if it tuck the tank under my arm it isnt so bad.

It wouldn't be tooo hard. Youd just need so solder some stuff and maybe mod out a section of the chip where the a button make contact. It would be a little anoying b/c youd have to run a low voltage through the chip and then setup something to read when the voltage is cut and have that piece make the switch in the E trigger connect but you could skip the original chip board all together and just make your own switch, make it real real sensative with a nice spring and then mount an a button over it. it would be cool though but definitely not tourney legal. Hey I wonder what the B button would do o_O!!!

Yeah, get that warp feed off as soon as you can. (I'm not a fan of q-loaders, warp feeds, or flatlines, but that's just me and my experience with them) |

Do you have a problem with the warp not "hearing" the ebolt? I put a low pressure kit on my 98C and the Warp would not feed reliably.

I suggest, get rid of the flatline, get rid of the warp, centerfeed it, get a doulbe trigger and another barrel.

Well I like the warp actually With the marker as long as it is it has a lower profile and it does help with a marker that large. But I will get a qloader b/c I like the idea of just clipping in clips @ 100 balls at a time. Its fast and low frofile and very light. I think the very light aspect is while I'll get one. Enough w/ the 9 volts ya know. I already need one in the marker. As for the flatline I dont think I'll ditch it b/c its alot of fun at scenerio games. I might just get a different marker down the road for sped ball and games in closer quarters. I love the flatline though. Its a very debated barrel. I dunno it works good on my piece. As for the Ebolt not giving enough vibration to set of the warp feed. it has enough w/ out the low pressure kit but I hear if you switch to an LP kit it makes the gun barley move at all. But I happen to like the DYE throttle tank I have. its 70ci 4500psi and thats plenty of shots for me even w/o a LP kit. Might get one down the road. The color of the model 98 is awsome. Here is the best part... I bought it for $40.00 on a table at DDAY at skirmish last year. It was great. I used to have a solid chrome mini mag but I sold it to my friend. I saw this lying on the table and I couldnt believe it was $40. I didn't really care that it wasn't a custom. Tippmann milled it out for free and put in the ebolt so I was very happy when I got it back. But for $40.00 yous couldn't go wrong. So I added some love. But warp feeds are very good especially if you use 2 9 volts. I put an on/off switch my self and the 2 X 9v to 12V output piece in there also. I am very happy that I was able to keep the open and close button on the shroud b/c it came very very closeto having to cut that off. But the pro feed I have clipped in there so nice and I don't have the tube sticking out of the top so I kinda like the flat line shroud there. It like looking down the barrel of a regular gun (almost). Oh to Pink Panther.... If I did that it would be your marker. I kinda like my monster creation. It works pretty good. With a qloader Ill be chillin. Might spin the tank the other way. I am gonna lighten it up alot if I get a qloader. With a remote line this would be alot tighter and not take up so much room.

Since I am getting a qloader I might not need too have a remote (I dont like them too much) plus I hate all the batteries I have to buy with a revi (warp or not) or halo B or whatever

This show you how close I had to come to the button but it is still fully functional. I took alot of the plastic off the sroud with a soldering Iron. Why would I do that....... Because that plastic is ver hard and using a saw, knife, dremel would be time comsuming. But plastic melts very well and it let me shape it nicely. I got the exact size. If I had a pic of the other side I'd post it but it clips in flush. believe it or not its still very sturdy even though its only being held by a small 1/2 a side of plastic but I think b/c the profeed and elbow clip in their so nice and tight that it keeps it very sturdy. Tippmann sure makes those shrouds thick. Cutting it would have taken 2 times as long. |

You can also see how you can see straight down the right side of the gun. That is probably the best part. You cant see down the left side obviously but you dont put it against your face or anything (obviously). The thing I like about the flat line is when you turn it side ways it throws corve balls and if you get nice you can shoot into bunkers or over the top of it and clip ppl if it is a tight enough spot. I really that is a coolside feature.
