Ok here is the problem, I noticed that my A-5 /w e-grip doesn't fire properly when at a upward or downward angle. You can hear the armature pushing the pin into the sear repeatedly but nothing happens and then suddenly it fires. I think it might be a spent battery but this seems unlikely, I'm going to replace the battery anyway and see if this will fix the prolem. The reason why I say that it seems unlikely is because the battery in my e-grip is still fairly new i've only played two games with it. Am I missing something here ? Edited by IgonDeamos |

the only thing I could place would be improper assembly either on your part of the manufacterers. nothing in there is mechanical, it is all solid state (Meaning that there isn't a gear or a spring that would cause that). You have a capacitor to supply power to the electromagnet, and switches. The only moving part in there that would even be an issue is the metal rod that is down the center to the electro magnet. |

There isnt exactly anything you can do wrong, you put it on and it goes thats how it was designed.
