i grinded mine down and i can shoot more b/p/s so i guess but dont go crazy with cuttin cuase thier fragile when grindin it/ IT WILL WORK/TRUST ME

Yes, but make sure you don't cut it or sand it down too mutch.

Use a dremel to cut most of it off then sand/file it down.
